We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our Service. However, we do not guarantee completely uninterrupted or error-free service.
Scheduled Maintenance
We will announce scheduled maintenance in advance when possible and perform it during off-peak hours.
Emergency Maintenance
Emergency maintenance may be performed without advance notice to address critical security or performance issues.

- Your payment fails and is not resolved within the grace period
- We are required to do so by law or legal authority
- Continued provision of the Service poses a security risk
Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow you to export it, after which it may be permanently deleted.
